Market Update – Constantine

Along with the market update, Con shared some great info on the importance of good content on your websites. Here are some tips:
• Property details – on your listing – please be sure this is well thought out and a lot of descriptive words will make it more effective. The property details are the first thing visitors tend to look at when looking at your listings on your sites.
• Blogging – we need to do more of this. Blog about real estate interests and topics, community interests (i.e. Farmer’s Market), local attractions. Blogs will increase your exposure.
• Be sure to include your website address in your marketing – print and online.
We are putting a push on increasing traffic to our goldpost.com site with the hopes of increasing traffic and leads as well as providing a useful tool to all that visit our site.
